1.Material recovery must comply with Oceancycle standards in areas with poor waste management or near coastlines. (Within 50 km of the coastline; within 200 km of river mouths)
2.Material recovery must come from post-consumer waste in the country of origin. (Collection methods must be ethical,with no child labor and fair compensation for collection)
